- Once the order is confirmed, If the customer choose the product to be shipped, our processing speed is 1-2 business days and if the customer choose to pick it up. We can process the order for 1-2 hours (this includes arranging the time you want your item to pick it up.)
Does it comes with tracking number?
- Yes, all order(s) comes with tracking number except if the customer choose the option order for pick up.
I am in Edmonton / near Edmonton, do you deliver?
- Orders $150.00 and above. If you are in Edmonton / St. Albert / Sherwood Park, we can deliver it to your place. We will contact to arrange the date and time before we can deliver your order to your place.
- For orders below $150.00, we only can meet you at Londonderry Mall or you choose ship it Via Canada Post.
What is your Shipping Speed?
- Standard Shipping takes 5-14 business days not including weekends and holidays
- Expedited Shipping takes 3-7 business days not including weekends and holidays
Please note : According to Canada Post, depending on your location. It may take additional 5-7 days for delivering your parcel due to covid19.
I want to make a special order. How will I do it?

What is your exchange policy?
- We offer exchange of goods as long as it is in original packaging, never opened and in 100% excellent condition. Buyer is responsible to pay any shipping shipping fees and we do not offer any refund for any shipping charges you have made for the exchange of the item. The buyer is also responsible to pay the shipping fee to ship back the exchanged item.
- We do not accept returns or exchange on Inks if it is already been opened or used or not on its original packaging.
